Languages we support today
JobTalk currently runs live voice screening in 23 languages, with native-quality speech-to-text and natural, region-aware voices on the agent side. Each language is tuned for the accents recruiters actually encounter — not just textbook pronunciation. Click any chip below to load that language into the demo form.

How JobTalk handles code-switching
Real candidates rarely speak one language at a time. JobTalk is designed for the way people actually talk — switching mid-sentence, quoting roles in English inside a Hindi answer, slipping into dialect when nervous.
What is code-switching?
Mixing two or more languages inside the same conversation, or the same sentence. It's the default in India, the Philippines, Latin America, and most diaspora communities — not a special case.
Why most voice AIs trip on it
Older systems pick one language at session start and lock to it. The moment a candidate switches, transcription degrades, the agent asks them to “please repeat in English,” and the screen feels robotic.
What JobTalk does instead
Language is detected continuously, not just at the start. The agent follows the candidate's lead, holds the conversation state across switches, and answers in the language the candidate is most fluent in.
Hinglish example
“मेरी last company में, I was handling end-to-end recruitment for tech roles, और हर महीने around 15 hires close करती थी।”
JobTalk transcribes both languages, scores qualification on the English keywords (“end-to-end recruitment”, “tech roles”, “15 hires”), and replies in whichever language the candidate just used.
Common use cases by region
The most successful multilingual deployments aren't about translation — they're about matching the languages of the roles, the recruiters, and the candidates already in the pipeline. A few patterns we see most often:
Latin America
Spanish · PortugueseHigh-volume hospitality, healthcare, and last-mile logistics teams screen across México, Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina in a single workflow. JobTalk adapts to regional accents — Rioplatense, Paisa, Carioca — without forcing candidates into a neutral textbook register.
India & South Asia
Hindi · English · HinglishIT staffing and BPO teams run thousands of weekly screens where candidates code-switch between Hindi and English mid-sentence. The agent follows the candidate's lead instead of breaking flow to ask, "Can you repeat that in English?"
DACH region
German · EnglishManufacturing, skilled trades, and engineering hiring across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland depend on precise role qualification. JobTalk handles formal German, regional dialects, and the bilingual interviews common at multinationals headquartered in the region.
Middle East
Arabic · EnglishHospitality, construction, and white-collar hiring across the Gulf routinely require fluency in both Modern Standard Arabic and English. JobTalk surfaces the dominant language a candidate is comfortable in and continues the call there.
Southeast Asia
Malay · Mandarin · EnglishRetail, financial services, and customer-success roles in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia draw candidates who blend Malay, Mandarin, and English in everyday speech. JobTalk runs all three natively rather than routing to separate single-language flows.
