Ayush Kakkar is a go-to-market strategist at JobTalk AI, where he drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline generation across staffing agencies and enterprise talent acquisition teams. He leads market research, outreach campaigns, and the targeted programs that connect JobTalk AI's voice-first product story with the recruiting-operations leaders who buy it.
Ayush's work spans the full top-of-funnel motion: identifying the firms most likely to benefit from automated phone screening and multi-channel candidate outreach, designing the messaging that resonates with recruiting-operations and talent-acquisition buyers, and running the outbound campaigns that surface qualified opportunities for the revenue team. He works closely with the CRO and the broader GTM organization to ensure that messaging, partner positioning, and field outreach are tightly aligned with the segments where JobTalk AI delivers the strongest ROI — high-volume healthcare staffing, light industrial recruiting, BPO and contact center hiring, IT contract staffing, and financial services.
He is also involved in the data side of GTM: tracking the leading indicators that predict conversion, building campaign analytics, and feeding signal back into product positioning. His areas of expertise cover go-to-market strategy, market research, business development, outreach and campaign design, and the data analysis required to run a measurable B2B SaaS pipeline.
