His core technical expertise covers full-stack development, JavaScript and modern React, Node.js backend services, REST and webhook-based API development, and the systems thinking required to build B2B SaaS that runs reliably for staffing customers conducting high-volume recruiting campaigns. He is part of JobTalk AI's distributed engineering team and contributes to ongoing engineering practices around code review, deployment, and incident response.

Anshul collaborates closely with the customer success team to translate customer signals into product fixes and improvements — the steady stream of small, high-leverage changes that compound into a more reliable platform over time. His work touches several of the most operationally sensitive parts of the platform: the recruiter dashboard where placements are tracked and scored, the campaign-orchestration services that handle thousands of concurrent screening calls, and the integration surface that bridges JobTalk AI's voice agents with applicant tracking systems used in healthcare staffing, IT staffing, light industrial recruiting, BPO and contact center hiring, and financial services.

As JobTalk AI's customer base has grown, Anshul has contributed to the engineering practices that scale a distributed team: shared linting and code style, well-documented deployment procedures, structured logging conventions, and the on-call processes that keep a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product running for customers conducting high-volume recruiting campaigns around the clock across multiple time zones. His work directly supports JobTalk AI's reliability commitments to enterprise customers in regulated industries such as healthcare staffing, financial services, and light industrial recruiting.
